This special single-variety Acauå micro-lot was grown on teh smal lfarm Sitio Canaå, which translates to "The Promised Land" in Portuguese. Producer and owner Kleumon Silva Moreira is only 34yrs old but has been working in coffee for the past decade alongside legendary producer Antonio Rigno who is famous for his commitment to quality and the many awards he has received over the years. Kleumon is very conscientious and meticulous in the way he approaches every aspect of his plantation. He represents the next generation of coffee producers in the acclaimed Piata coffee-growing region and continues to show great promise.
