An elegant coffee with citric acidity. Notes of jasmine, strawberry and black currant.
Uraga has been increasingly gaining a reputation for some of the most distinct coffees of Ethiopia. The Tome washing station site is named after the town in which it is located. This privately owned washing station processes the coffees from out-growers in the surrounding highland towns. This is a grade 1 coffee which means it’s been sorted several times to remove defects.
