Cherry, purple grape, strawberry and dark chocolate. Distinct and unique with winey acidity and a clean finish.
This special 900kg natural micro-lot comes from Fazenda Progresso, a beautiful farm nestled in the heart of Bahia. The farm is surrounded by the Chapada Diamantina National Park, known for its mountainous cliff formation and the 19th century diamond mining. Coffee on this plot is intercropped with trees that provide shade, and is irrigated with a drip irrigation system. The Borre family business has always been managed by family members and is now in it’s third generation of operation.
